The Tearoom has been owned by Jackie & Alan since 2005.
Our aim is to provide a time of space, and attention to all the little things which sadly, get lost in the busyness of lives!

Our menu offers genuinely homemade (on the premises), freshly prepared meals, snacks and cakes, using quality ingredients sourced from local suppliers as much as possible.
We are NOT a fast food establishment, and we serve good food to the standard we have set ourselves, which naturally takes time, especially in busy periods.
You are welcome to sit at your table for as long as you like. Please do not feel that you have to eat, drink and then rush off, even in our busy times!
Table reservations are recommended especially over lunchtime periods when we are often full!
Reservations can be made up until 2pm weekdays and 3.30pm on a Saturday during the winter months

As the year progresses, it is still busy and we are seeing a large number of visitors this year!
It is proving to be incredibly busy EVERY DAY. We do suggest that if you wish to come at a particular time, then PLEASE do book in advance, to avoid disappointment or a long wait.

Dogs are welcome to come into the tearoom.
Our guests have been so generous! Our fundraising effort on our 20th Birthday in December raised a staggering £2,000 for Alzheimer's Society, with the help of Fred & Wilma!
